Latest statistics shows, car ownership and traffic volume are on the rise once more and this has been the agenda of the government. The number of people owning cars has grown since 1980, thus this represents good news for car manufacturers and insurance firms alike. Also, it has come at an environmental cost that there is a rise in carbon emissions.
In most countries of the world, in order to operate an automobile the driver must possess a document known as the “driver’s license” . This type of identification card usually states the type of vehicle the driver is allowed to drive and under which conditions. In order to obtain a license, the driver must pass an exam both the actual and the written examination.
